Main ingredient – Fresh Giloy stem and water about 4 times the weight of the stem.

guḍūcīṃ khaṇḍaśa: kṛtvā kuṭṭayitvā sumardayet |
vastreṇa vidhṛtaṃ toyaṃ srāvayettacchanai: śanai: ||
śuddhaśaṅkhanibhaṃ cūrṇametai: sammiśrayedbhiṣak |

First of all, wash the stem of fresh Giloy with water and cut it into small pieces, then crush these pieces finely, put them in a stainless steel vessel and add water about 4 times the weight of Giloy and mash them well with hands. In this way, the starch of the Giloy gets into the water. After this, squeeze the crushed Guduchi (Giloy) into the pot and throw it. After this, filter the water of Giloy with a sieve or cloth and put it in another vessel, now leave the Giloy water stable for about 10 to 12 hours in the vessel, and the extract of Giloy will deposit on the bottom of the pot.

Now without stirring the pot, drain the water over it in another vessel and collect the fine flour (Giloy Satva) stored on the bottom of the vessel and dry it in the sun, after drying in the sun, Giloy Satva is obtained.
